Join the group for some outdoor fun. Don't just sit there campfire. Catch a whiff of s'mores, and fall asleep under the stars to the sounds of night time in the woods. We don't just sit around and eat; we laugh, play and create our own fun.

Most of us will be tent camping, however, you can camp in your van, truck or camper
if you have one. The bathrooms are accessible with flush toilets. If you require
assistance with your daily care, you must provide the person to perform those duties.
If you need a shower seat you will want to bring one.
If you need a tent just let us know. We have some that are
available on a first come first serve basis.
Your registration fees include two nights of camping and meals from Friday dinner
through Sunday breakfast. Meals will be a group effort, so come prepared to help
out. You must bring your own beverages and snacks.
Registration deadline: May 20th
Payment must be received by May 22. Space can not be held without payment
Cancellation policy- there will be no refunds made after May 20th unless the event
is cancelled by BARS

Important: Follow the directions given by Yahoo Maps below. Continue on South Maple Avenue through the Marc Train parking lot. Cross over the railroad tracks and turn left onto the C&O Canal Road. Turn right into campground and right past the office. Make a left onto Airport Drive and our campsites are in that circle.
